Amazon Sheds & Gazebos is an established shed and gazebo manufacturer based in Fort Myers, Florida, serving Southwest Florida and beyond. They sell custom storage sheds, gazebos, and outdoor structures direct to homeowners and contractors.

They came to Neuron as a business with real volume and real customers — but a fragmented digital stack that couldn't keep up with how they actually operated.

What We Were Solving

Disconnected stack, lost attribution

Like many established service businesses, Amazon Sheds had a digital presence built across multiple disconnected vendors — website here, CRM there, lead capture somewhere else, with manual handoffs in between.

Leads were being captured but attribution was lost. The team had no single source of truth for where leads were coming from, which campaigns were producing, or how to follow up consistently.

The goal: consolidate the digital stack into one integrated system — from first click to closed sale.

    Production marketing site currently live, hosted on AWS EC2. Custom theme built to load fast and convert shed shoppers into quote requests.

  • Botpress AI sales agent

    Conversational AI agent integrated directly with Zoho CRM. Captures, qualifies, and logs leads to an internal LeadCreationLogTable for full auditability. Handles common pre-sale questions and routes hot leads to the team.

  • Zoho CRM with full UTM and GCLID attribution

    OAuth integration with attribution tracking on every inquiry. Every lead knows which campaign, keyword, and channel brought it in. No more guessing which ads are working.

  • Interactive shed size selector widget

    A self-contained embeddable IIFE widget that lets visitors configure shed dimensions before requesting a quote. Reduces unqualified inquiries and improves quote accuracy on the sales side.

  • City-specific SEO landing pages

    Geo-targeted landing pages across Fort Myers and surrounding SWFL markets with Schema.org structured data on all product catalog pages.

  • JSON-driven product catalog

    Product catalog architecture driven by structured data — updates without dev cycles, and serves as the foundation for ShedOS catalog modules.
